Frequently asked questions

Do you make social media templates?

Yes. We create brand-specific template sets, compatible with Figma or Canva, that your team can use on its own.

Are print files delivered ready for the printer?

Yes. We prepare them in CMYK with bleed, crop marks and high resolution, and can speak to your printer directly if needed.

Can I get graphic design without an identity?

You can, but for consistency we recommend setting your core colours, type and logo usage first. We can build that foundation together.

How quickly are graphic design jobs delivered?

A single social media post and a multi-page catalogue don't take the same time; it depends on the size of the job, whether content is ready and the number of revisions. We confirm the delivery date before we start, and for ongoing work we can run on a monthly production calendar.
